Jon Brookes (from The Charlatans & owner of One Beat Records) says “The outdoor venue at the mac birmingham is an absolute gem - a Roman amphitheatre style arena nestled on the edge of Cannon Hill Park.

We are really excited to put our name to what we hope will become an annual event showcasing the best live music from the area. The day also gives us an opportunity to shout about the philosophy behind One Beat Records.

For the first time in years there seems to be a genuine national surge of interest in Birmingham’s new music scene and we want to do our bit to help promote these hugely exciting artists at a special event in the city.”
